so i've decided that i love chelsea's blog page, and maria's... might as well make a sissy page! i feel i keep up to date well enough with those of you i want to keep up to date with, but since i'm now working the night shift, and tonight happens to be INSANELY slow, i thought i'd write up a thing or two.
i'm incredibly excited for both of my brothers! the one i used to fight with all the time is engaged! woohoo! go ned! and the other one is having his first kid. i'm going to be an aunt again! let's not forget my favorite sister who just finished a five day cruise with me! then, of course, there's mom and dad who made me who i am today...
winter is a great season! i went snowshoeing last saturday to lake blanche with some great friends. we made good time and enjoyed this beautiful thing called "nature." i had a 74 year old patient the other night who hikes that trail 4-5 times a year. i hope i'm still doing things i love when i'm that age. if i'm not, i hope i'm crazy and streaking down the halls of the nursing home.
